Carol M. Cram is an editor and coach for Written Power and the author of over forty best-selling books on communications and instructional technology, including New Perspectives: Communicating in Business with Technology (2006).
Carol is the Coordinator of the Executive and Project Administration Program at Capilano College. She also works as a Senior Instructor for Clear Communication Consultants, facilitating the tremendously popular Dynamic Writing workshops.
As well as being an expert writer and teacher, Carol is an award-winning screenwriter whose 2005 documentary, entitled Landscape Revealed: The Art of Toni Onley, received the Gold Plaque at the Chicago International Film Festival. She lives on Bowen Island, British Columbia, where during breaks from writing she spends her time gardening and playing the piano.
